Customers said these are budget-friendly frames with "exact measurements" and "great price." Fast delivery was noted. However, significant shipping damage concerns emerged, with multiple frames arriving broken. Some customers found the frames basic but functional. Instructions for removing protective plastic from both sides would be helpful.
It would be nice to have some instructions: take the plastic off of both sides of the "glass"

This is the 4th frame out of 9 ordered that arrived damaged. I also ordered 2 frames 32x36", offered on website, but was told they don't have large enough boxes to ship those frames. So, why offer if unable to fulfill?
