Product Ships in 7-10 business days plus shipping time determined by your shipping zone.
If your order is to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puert Rico or anywhere outside of the contental United States - click here.
Frame USA takes the shipping of your picture frames seriously and we will do everything possible to reduce your freight expense on the order. |

Freight Zones:
Freight charges are calculated based on your shipping zone as can be found in the map below. You will select you freight zone at the time of checkout and charged the freight amount listed in the shopping cart, unless you have chosen the wrong shipping zone.
Freight charges for orders shipping to Zone 5, which includes but is not limited
to all non-US shipments, P.O., APO, FPO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and District of
Columbia orders will be billed actual freight at time of shipping. Please
call Customer Service to request a freight estimate.

General Shipping Policies:
- Orders under $500: These are shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground to you.
- All of our frames are custom made. Standard Production time is 7 - 10 days.
- Orders over $500 or over 100 lbs: These are usually shipped by Truck/Common Carrier F.O.B. Cincinnati, OH 45241. *We prefer to ship large orders by truck because we have fewer damages- specifically glass breakage.
- All P.O., APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via Priority Mail Insured and you will be billed for actual freight charges that Frame USA incurs.
