Freight charges are calculated based on your shipping zone. Your shipping zone corresponds with the state in which you will be shipping your picture frame order and it's distance from our location in Cincinnati, OH.
Zone 1: WV, OH, KY, IN
Zone 2: WI, VA, TN, SC, PA, NY, NC, MS, MO, MN, MI, LA, IL, IA, GA, AR, AL, NJ, MD, DE
Zone 3: VT, TX, SD, RI, OK, NH, NE, ND, ME, MA, KS, FL, CT
Zone 4: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT,WA, WY
Zone 5: All other locations not shown on the map
Standard production time is 5-6 business days plus shipping time. The zone that you are in will determine how long it will take to ship your order once it leaves our warehouse.

All orders shipping to Zone 5 will be charged shipping at the time the order ships out. Zone 5 encompasses all the areas not listed on the map above including, but not limited to:

The carriers that we use to ship our picture frame orders are dependent on the size of the order. For customers that place larger orders that require a truck we will always receive 3 freight estimates with trucking companies to ensure you are receiving the best price available. The following are the carriers that we primarily use:

Shipping by Truck:
Orders that are over $500 or over 100 lbs are typically shipped by Truck/ Common Carrier F.O.B. We ship large orders by truck because we have fewer damages—specifically glass breakage. Additional charges may apply for these orders. Frame USA is not responsible for arranging LTL/Truck Shipping to Zone 5.

Call Ahead Service
If you do not accept this service the trucking company will not notify you prior to delivery. Please consider if someone is not at your facility at all times during business hours, Monday-Friday, you will need a call ahead service.
Lift Gate Service
If you do not have a dock door you will need lift gate service. Not all delivery trucks can accommodate delivery to facilities without dock doors.
Inside Delivery Service
If you refuse inside delivery, you will be responsible for taking the packages off of the skid, at the truck, without assistance from the carrier.
Oversize Shipping Surcharge:
Due to our freight carriers' surcharges for large packages and due to the extra packing materials required to safely ship oversized frames, an oversized shipping surcharge is added to the total price of each frame measuring over 50 united inches. We have made changes to our tracking system so that all orders placed with us are able to be tracked online. You will need the following information to track your order: The email address associated with the order as well as the order number from the confirmation. For those that have placed orders in house add the letters GP in front of the order number.
At most times of the year, we are able to accommodate rush orders for an additional charge. If a rush is applied your order will ship out in 3 days instead of the standard 5-6.
