| As
founder of both Posterservice and Frame USA, Dan Regenold has been here from the beginning, a self proclaimed “Jack
of all trades”. He works hard to keep the companies
working hard, constantly looking for new ways to improve what
we do and how we do it. Now even as CEO, he is not
above spending some time in the warehouse, or on the production
line. As a strong family man he knows the importance of unity
and strives to keep a value based, fun atmosphere to bring
both companies and employees closer together. Even if that
means throwing a “summer” lunch, wearing shorts
and driving top down during one of the coldest winters on
record. Also, this is one guy who is constant violation of
the office music policy. dregenold@posterservice.com

President
Dana Gore can tell you anything you want
to know about the poster business. This comes from years of
experience in the industry. (being the company's first employee
doesn't hurt either). Dana is the company's entertainment
guru, especially when it comes to reality TV-- not only does
he keep the company headed in the right direction, he also
keeps us current on the coolest in music, movies and Hollywood
gossip. Dana claims it is "work research"......
and he actually has some people convinced! Dana is not satisfied
with just having satisfied customers. He wants "Raving
Fans!". Dana's vision for the future is "TBTBDPCTI”--to
be the best damn poster company there is! High goals to set…but
somebody has to do it! dgore@posterservice.com

Controller Rick Wharton
leads all Accounting and Human Resource activities for our
two companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
collections, payroll activities and personnel activities.
Rick’s training and 15 years of business management
experience make him the perfect fit for this not so small
task. Already making huge contributions in his short time
with Frame USA and Posterservice, Rick strives to continue
to implement new technology and establish top-notch operations.
Creating Raving Fans by improving our responsiveness to customers
is also a priority for Rick and his team. Rick’s abilities
and commitment make him a great asset to both companies. Having
a wife that is talented at making tasty desserts doesn’t
hurt his likeability factor either, just ask our sweet-toothed
employees. rwharton@frameusa.com

Jeff Miller, Frame USA’s Operations Manager is responsible for vendor relations, purchasing materials, bringing in new products and our manufacturing operations. Jeff works daily on creating and maintaining Raving Fans-from making sure all resources are available to investigating options to keep our customers’ prices low. Jeff’s professional experience makes him a great resource for all areas of the company. Besides offering a great wealth of knowledge, Jeff always has a large supply of chocolate and baked goods—and also has real potential in beating Dana and Dan in golf sometime in the near future. jmiller@frameusa.com

Nicole Howison, our Human Resource Manager, works hard every day to create internal Raving Fans. Whether she is planning company events, recruiting new employees, or coordinating employee training, Nicole approaches everything with enthusiasm and meticulous detail. Nicole comes to Frame USA and Posterservice with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, but she definitely doesn’t lack HR experience. She prides herself on being there for every employee and focuses on letting each employee know that they are a valued team member, not just a number. So, what does Nicole enjoy most about working at Frame USA and Posterservice? She enjoys the wonderful working environment and the friendly people, but our casual Fridays are a close second! nhowison@frameusa.com

As
our Marketing Manager, Julie Hauck leads promotional concepts and activities within Frame USA,
Inc. and Posterservice, Inc. Julie works together with the
art director and conceptualizes many great ideas to make both
companies more accessible to the consumer and looks at the
big picture while working out the little details everyday.
As a graduate from Ohio University, Julie knows a lot about
hippies and frequented the burrito buggy at 3:00 a.m. You
may ask yourself what this has to do with her background in
marketing. Well nothing really, but she does a have a great
grasp on what Posterservice, Inc. and Frame USA, Inc. vision. jhauck@frameusa.com

A long time employee of Frame USA
and Posterservice, Chris Smith leads the
growth of both companies as Credit Manager. Although Chris
has held a variety of positions throughout his years of employment,
he has found his home in the Accounting Department. A Cincinnati
Bengals and Kentucky Wildcats fanatic, Chris is a true team
player. You can count on him to help lead his team to victory,
whether it is at Frame USA and Posterservice or in the sports
arena. csmith@posterservice.com |
Our Art Director Joey Marshall came to
us from Eastern Kentucky University and with him brought a
fresh sense of design and humor. Joey’s talents are
always working to further improve our posters and our company
image. He is a man of many trades and can handle everything
from initial design to final production of anything printed.
He is also famous throughout the office for having the best
t-shirts for casual Fridays.

The original internet guru, Paul Regenold is a classic. Being responsible for FrameUSA.com, FrameGalleria.com
and FramePlace.com continues to be a growing job as our company’s
product line grows along with our web sites. One of the few
people in the United States that really understands how search
engines work--even though he hates them all and thinks they
are part of a great right wing conspiracy. Paul takes great
pride in getting it right the first time for our customers
and for the many “Raving Fans” we are trying to
create. He constantly has to keep Dan in line with some of
the “great ideas” he comes up with! bookmaster@fwi.com
