• At the bottom of our outgoing e-mail we post messages encouraging people to work green.
• We are replacing our warehouse lights with more efficient bulbs that last longer.
• We're working on improving the energy efficiency of our warehouse by repairing air leaks and have a goal of reducing our overall energy usage 20% in 2010.

REUSE

• We purchased permanent mugs and water bottles for the employees to use instead of disposable cups.
• Purchase recycled office paper.
• Many of our ready-made frames are manufactured from wood scraps instead of solid wood that was forested.

RECYCLE

• Each employee has a paper recycling bin.
• We recycled 100% of our metal frame scraps.
• Recycle ink cartridges
• Corrugated cardboard is compacted and then recycled.
• Cans and bottles are collected in bins in the break rooms and then recycled.
• All mat board scraps are collected in large bins and recycled weekly.

OTHER

• We publish green tips for employees in the monthly newsletter.
