Both the pattern and color work well with my game boards, and the construction is better than the frames I was using. I received my three shiny black metal poster frames last week and I felt I must write you to tell you how very happy I am with your product! After opening the frame (taking off the plastic wrap and undoing the clips) so I could I could insert my poster, I discovered that the frame glass (plexi-glass, I guess) was coated in protective plastic. This really impressed me! I am more than satisfied with the frames and just wanted to say, "THANK YOU". I now need a shadow box for some items and will go to your site and look for something that will be just right for the items I want to display.

When I checked on the status of it, I got the reply that they would be shipped on the 31st ... much to my happiness, it turned out that I RECEIVED them on the 31st! I had ordered a set of PosterHangers from your firm at 1/3 the price of local stores, but they unfortunately did not arrive in time for me to take them to my conference. Ms. Sayers, whom I had worked with in getting pre-ordering information, immediately resolved the situation by sending out an express delivery, while letting us keep the second set for our trouble. Greg, Thanks so much for keeping on top of this project. Everyone I've dealt with at Frame USA has been outstanding at getting these poster hangers to my client as quickly as possible and keeping me up to date. Please go ahead and ship the 1200 hangers out tonight Priority Overnight, with the remaining 1200 to go Monday. I think they're trying to complete their shipping before Thanksgiving, so feeding them as many poster hangers as possible should help them immensely. One again I thank you, Todd and Dan with this order.

Thank you for the great customer service! There are no longer stores here where I live that carry the large 27 x 41 poster frames. I found your website and was thrilled with the low prices! You not only have many different sizes of poster frames, but different colors as well! I was amazed by the fact that I used to pay $30.00 for a singe 27 x 41 poster frame, and now I have found a company that sells them for less than $15!
